Location 215 spans the back half of the ground floor of the 990 Spring Garden building.
Converted from commercial warehouse facilities. The studio boasts 15-ft ceilings and
unencumbered floor-space. Our studio is also equipped with new ventilation systems to ensure a safe indoor environment during these unsure times. Client-friendly and flexible, Location 215 is an ideal studio for commercial-scale production.
EVENTS
Location 215 is a modern, industrial venue. All white walls and fixtures with polished concrete
floors, Location 215 is uninhibited sleek space of a combined 7500 sq ft. The entire studio
features 15-ft ceilings, which create an inviting and refreshing impression on all guests. Location 215 offers three studio spaces to accommodate events of any size.
Location 215 is a key feature of the vibrant Spring Arts District of Philadelphia. Just North of Center City Philly, Spring Arts is an easy-access point to the entirety of the city, while this former warehousing district enables manageability for coordination and logistics. On set and off we take our COVID-19 protocols very seriously. Our staff are trained health officials that will make sure any and every event is run safely and efficiently for our guests. Prior to entering the space we required proof of vaccination and or a negative test result.
