Location 215 offers three daylight studios of varying size to match any scale of production. Designed by creative professionals for the artistic mindset, it’s a space that can adapt for ease, with ease.
Location 215 spans the back half of the ground floor of the 990 Spring Garden building.
Converted from commercial warehouse facilities. The studio boasts 15-ft ceilings and
unencumbered floor-space. Our studio is also equipped with new ventilation systems to ensure a safe indoor environment during these unsure times. Client-friendly and flexible, Location 215 is an ideal studio for commercial-scale production.

EAST STUDIO
3000 sq ft, 300+ capacity
The East Studio is Location 215’s main space. It hosts a gloss-white 15-ft serving bar, with a client lounge area and equipment storage room. Nine-foot windows span the entirety of the south wall and equipped with a load in bay.
Access to bay in private lot behind the 990 building. Includes a 72” presentation screen and portable speaker system.
WEST B STUDIO
1000 sq ft, 75+ capacity
The eastern half of the West Studio (Studio West B) is sided by a fold out wall. Nine-foot windows also span the South wall of the space, providing an ideal environment for video and still photography. Access to back-of-house kitchen including 220 volt lines for catering and preparation.
Studios West A & B can be combined into one space of 2500 sq ft with a total of 150+ capacity. This combined creates an additional event room or enables a multi-set photoshoot.
WEST A STUDIO
1000 sq ft, 75+ capacity
The Western-most half of the West Studio, Studio West A is sided by a Modern fold wall. Nine-foot windows span the South and West walls of the space. Provides an ideal environment for video or still photography. Access to back-of-house kitchen with 220 volt lines for catering and prep.
Studios West A & B can be combined into one space of 2500 sq ft with back-of-house kitchen and 150+ capacity. This combined creates an additional event room or enables a multi-set
photoshoot.
