Location 215 spans the back half of the ground floor of the 990 Spring Garden building.
Converted from commercial warehouse facilities. The studio boasts 15-ft ceilings and
unencumbered floor-space. Our studio is also equipped with new ventilation systems to ensure a safe indoor environment during these unsure times. Client-friendly and flexible, Location 215 is an ideal studio for commercial-scale production.

EAST STUDIO
3000 sq ft, 300+ capacity
The East Studio is Location 215’s main space, offering 3,000 square feet of open, adaptable space. Nine-foot windows span the south wall, filling the studio with natural light. The space also features a gloss-white 15-ft serving bar, client lounge, equipment storage room, private load-in bay, 72” presentation screen, and portable speaker system.

Designed with creativity and functionality in mind, the East Studio can transform to fit the needs of each project. The open floor plan provides room to build sets, create multiple shooting environments, or customize an event layout.
