Location 215’s Spring Arts Social Private Event
We are looking for Philadelphia’s top thought leaders in the event industry to feature their company, service or product at an innovative, social distance speed dating themed private event to showcase how we can make events fun and safe again. This intimate event is to showcase how we can make smaller events fun and safe.
We want to know the creative ways you have reimagined your business and give you a safe and unique opportunity for a little self-promotion and to sell your service or product.
This reservation only, community wide event in Spring Arts will follow all state and city mandated guidelines for all guests and participants inside Location 215, in the parking lot and at unique experiences at select locations outdoors in the neighborhood.
Catering Companies, Staffing Agencies, Beverage Companies , Restaurants, Bars, Designers, Florists, Entertainment Companies, Production Companies, Safety Services Companies, Safety Supply Companies, Rental Companies, Tent Companies and Retail may apply.
Only the most imaginative thinkers will be chosen!

Temperature checks upon entry, masks, social distancing and all necessary precautions will be enforced to participate in the event for all guests and vendors. There is no fee to participate.
DEADLINE TO APPLY: July 20
All vendors will be included in a social media marketing and press outreach campaign
to promote all participants before, during and after the event and cross promote on their social media.
• We will create a space for you with a table.
• BYOPPE – You are required to bring hand sanitizer, gloves and masks for all staff
• Amount of staff who can participate indoors will be determined at a later date
• You are required to provide a COI to participate based on Location 215 requirements
